Elections are scheduled to be held in Bolivia on Sunday, October 18. The historic and crucial election process faces a number of challenges and a key question is whether people be allowed to vote in a free and fair manner.

We talk to Zoe PC who is on the ground as part of an Election Observation Team from CodePink, on the latest in election procedures, threats to election observers, the concerns with the DIREPRE system (which has since been suspended) and complaints of voter suppression:
